This week he pulls up to my door and from his truck he said he has asphalt leftover from a job would I like to have it, I said sure and he pulled away. The next day asphalt was laid in my parking area when I was not home. Bill called to inform me I owed him over $5000. He never gave me an estimate a quote or a paper to sign, but bullied me into paying him a little less, and I feel really scammed. I suppose a hard lesson learned for me"
