He was a little late on the morning of the job, but not to the point where it was a big issue. The wall was taken down pretty quick and Frank told me he would match the new pieces of wood with the current wall trim. The finish on the new wood is not even close to the trim that surrounds it. He also used a satin polyurethane finish instead of a glossy finish. In the short time since the job was done, the wood finish is almost chalky and scratches and marks are everywhere, which was unexpected. In addition there were several drops of finish that wound up on my carpet. Frank had to come out a second time to add more nails to one of the pieces of wood. I think for the price I paid I received adequate work, but I don't think I would go with this business again."
