( Remember it was late Friday, PLUS he lives in Endicott and we are located up in Chenango Bridge.) <br /> He arrived, smiling and friendly, within the hour, expertly sized up and resolved the situation, and was soon finished, much to our relief and gratitude.  As he left, we chatted about our families and got to know one another a bit.  We waved as he drove away, and almost had the urge to ask, "Who was that masked man?", the way the townsfolk always did after being rescued by the Lone Ranger. <br /> His 40-someodd years of experience certainly paid off for us, and we have already asked him to return to help us with other things around the house.  He really knows what he's doing.  We feel so grateful to have found someone who would put himself out to help strangers in need, even ON a Friday night. <br />"
