"Dustin was polite and informative. He insisted I needed a complete tear off having heard from me that another contractor had determined there were a few plywood sheets needed! I do not know if he found the same on inspection oOR if she just went on the word of the other guy! I have had 4 estimates which is only prudent! I informed him that I did not request a total tear off. He said it required one and I replied, being on my way to an appointment, that we would not be doing business, He emailed me, calling me rude, mocking my obtaining several estimates, said I was misinformed which causes me to distrust him, said I was rude…I was not! I I had said we not be doing business but thank you very much and hung up. Dustin told me he would not want to be doing business for someone like me anyway! His estimate was for over $18,000 and he came in high in comparison with other contractors. I am offended by his obnoxious criticism of me, the customer, who did not agree with his analysis of my project! I was not being rude to him, just shirt and to the point because I was on my way out the door! Dustin needs to learn how to do business. His immaturity is showing. I have responded to his obnoxity straightforwardly, am taken aback by it and certainly can’t recommend him."

"Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn't covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."

He contacted me immediately and arrived for the estimate as scheduled. I originally planned on only doing repairs to my barn roof. He did a full scan of that roof and my house roof and showed me pictures of areas on both that needed attention. We agreed on a time and price to do both and he did the work as scheduled, providing pictures of the repairs. It was a pleasure to do business with him. His price was slightly higher than that offered by others I spoke with but the service provided and the job done was exceptional."
