"We hired Ben and his crew to paint a property in Troy that we were trying to sell. Ben came out, provided a quote and was able to start work within a couple weeks. This is an entirely family owned business. Throughout the course of the job I met Ben, his son, his nephew, and several other family members. Ben's crew pressure washed the entire house first, then went back and scrapped off any loose paint (which was apparently all of it). The majority of the house was taken down to bare wood and then they applied a primer and 2 top coats. We had several areas where there was rotted wood. Ben's crew repair all of this before painting so the exterior looked as good as new. The communication throughout the entire project was great. Ben sent us daily text messages with pictures to let us know the progress. Since we weren't living in the house at the time, the constant update was a huge help rather than having to drive up regularly to see the property.
