"We were Purl's customers for years for both our residence and business, including getting regular A/C and heater maintenance and replacing our units. In our home, they missed a leaking condensation line during the service that eventually led to water damage in two neighboring rooms (the water went into the walls and underneath the floors) and thousands of dollars in damage. In our business, they keep changing what is wrong with the unit and coming up with temporary fixes, all the while charging us more and more."

"We have had the worst experience with this business installing a Lennox furnace EL 180 Ultra low emissions at our house. The furnace makes a very loud horn and screeching sound when it starts up from the first week after it was installed. After multiple attempts to fix it, their technician was not able to troubleshoot the problem. The latest communication from this company was that the sound is normal as per manufacturer guidelines and they are not willing to replace or repair the furnace. The sound is so loud that it wakes me up every morning when the furnace starts up. No furnace manufacturer will sell a furnace that serves as a loud alarm clock. Please do not hire these guys for any repair or new installs. If the owner / manager is willing to work with us, I can send them the video of the loud sounds. I don?t like writing reviews, but I am doing as a last resort before hiring some other company to repair my brand new furnace!"
