The camera head used to inspect the drain was flexible enough to get around tight corners. The other plumber was only able to get 15 ft. max. I witnessed the camera inspecting 67 ft of drain pipe that was clean of all the debris. In hindsight, we should have cleaned our drain every 2 yrs after our kitchen was remodeled 8 yrs ago. I asked him to cut out a piece of the fiberglass of our tub to access the old valve and he completed it very neatly and with no mess. "Joe cleared the sink drain and turned the water off because I needed a new faucet. The old one was leaking and it was an expensive faucet so the repair would be expensive. I needed a new faucet because that one was corroded. He also checked the toilet to see if the water flow was o.k. and it was. Next I went out to Home Depot and purchased another wide spread faucet. "I will certainly be using Zoom Drain again. Chris listened intently to what we'd experienced in the past, understood exactly what was required and then explained everything that he was going to do beforehand, answering all questions that I fired his way. Then the work was undertaken which was a jet washing of the line followed by a video recording of the results. To be fair, it took longer than we all expected but we've never had any maintenance on these 50 year old pipes. All in all, it took about an hour, maybe an hour and a half to get the pipe cleared. It was a little messy, but Chris immediately cleaned everything up and ensured that there was no trace of him being there after he left (other than the drain now no longer backs up!) The video was emailed to me, along with a recommendation and quote of having the pipes descaled: but this was a suggestion that was made in order to keep the pipes maintained, there was no pushy sales tactics to it (which I personally despise). All in all my experience with Zoom Drain was nothing less than 100% completely professional, with a sought after personal experience of the technicians that we encountered.
