"Strong winds damaged my roof on a Saturday night. R&R Construction was the first company to reach out to me and actually came to my house to inspect the damage Sunday morning. The other companies either asked for pictures or said they could come to the house a couple days later. I went with R&R and my roof was repaired Monday morning. I asked if they could check my roof flashings and make sure they were nailed down properly and they did without hesitation or extra charge. The repair itself looks great and you can't tell there was ever damage to the roof. R&R also offered me the best pricing. I can recommend this company without hesitation and will absolutely use them again for future roofing needs."

He sent a stand in to meet with the Insurance agent who was INCREDIBLE, Dillon. I really liked the was in which he spoke to and treated the insurance agent, very kind and very considerate. They worked in partnership easily. I also has the opportunity to meet the owner of the company this day--how great that he took the time to introduce himself. Our insurance provider was dragging their feet for months and declining us a new roof when Brian from Coldstream was confident that our entire roof needed to be replaced. He worked with us in gathering the necessary pictures/information to have our insurance company send out another agent to take a look at everything. Their second agent agreed that we indeed did need a new roof, and updated our claim. Without Brian and Colstream, we would not have been able to get a new roof from the hail damage in March of 2024 which we definitely needed. Thank you guys again for the consistent support and patience!"
