The other companies either asked for pictures or said they could come to the house a couple days later. I went with R&R and my roof was repaired Monday morning. I asked if they could check my roof flashings and make sure they were nailed down properly and they did without hesitation or extra charge. The repair itself looks great and you can't tell there was ever damage to the roof. R&R also offered me the best pricing.
