"From the reviews on Angie's List, this provider seemed to be quality, but hard to schedule due to his busy schedule.  My job was small, but I caught him between bigger jobs and the timing worked out perfectly.







Ted is very professional and on-time.  He came by the house to assess the job and we agreed on a tentative time to complete the job and cost.  He said it would take less than 90 minutes to complete. I told him I have allergies and asked if he could contain the dust when breaking up the tile as best as possible and he said no problem.  I was very concerned about matching the grout.  We considered several samples and made a selection.  I am very specific about what I want and like, but in this case I know it is difficult to match exactly the grout, especially with 18 year old grout surrounding the remaining tiles.







He called and confirmed the time and when he was on the way called again to let me know his ETA. Ted and his assistant Joe arrived, prepared the area and in an enclosed bathroom, broke up the tile using a vacuum to collect as much of the dust and debris as possible.  They laid the tiles, wiped down the tiles and removed all of the debris and work materials and presented me with an invoice in under 90 minutes.   I was amazed!!  Ted did a wonderful job and no one will ever notice the newer grout.
