When it came time to remove the old roof and install the new, the old roof and gutters were removed and the new roof installed in one day. The gutters were replaced with new within a week. There was one instance where the siding was damaged, but that was easily replaced and looks fantastic. Scott realized that the color we had originally chosen for the roof was not what was installed. Scott surprised us with confirmation that the wrong color roof had been installed. He was incredibly apologetic and offered a couple of solutions. We were happy to keep the roof as it was installed and Scott gave us a discount due to the mistake. "October 2014 contacted Gonzalez Home Improvement & Construction one day and they were out two days later to pull out chain link fencing and hauled it all away and cleaned up.  Set a date to deliver dirt to fill in deep holes in the yard where an excavator had hooked up from house to street sewer (and refused to fix their mess).  Gonzalez delivered the dirt and spread it. They did a great job!   Owner and workers were very polite on each visit. Will use them again. <br />"

"I selected the stone. The employee carried it inside for me. I spoke with Kelly (SP?) about the project. They said they would sandblast the plaque onto the stone for me. They also donated the cost of the stone. I only paid for the sandblasting labor work. The entire process took one week. They were wonderful to work with!!!"

"The basement remodeling project went much slower than promised, and resulted in multiple change orders for the original scope of work to be delivered, due to missing items in the original estimate. Project was scheduled for 6 weeks, but took 6 months. Quality issues during construction were associated with drywall and carpeting. Drywall issues were fixed prior to project closeout, carpeting installation issues were not corrected. Remediation work was satisfactory. We discovered a leak in our sump line, which they repaired and applied spray on affected framing. We also had an issue with our previously installed ejector pump failing. They did a good job cleaning up the damaged carpeting, trim and drywall with minimal damage. We did not re-engage them for the finish repairs after the remediation."
