"Terra Insulation was great to work with. We knew the upstairs of our 50 year old house was cold and needed more insulation. Dylan came by and after looking in the attic said we needed at least 12 more inches and some other improvements to make a difference. He gave us a quote which was one of the higher of the 3 we got but then told us about the Pepco program that provided funds for improvement. They came out and conducted a blower test to see if we qualified for a energy improvement program. We ended up paying 1/3 of the quoted cost with the Pepco incentive. Out of the three contractors, Terra Insulation was the only one certified and worked with Pepco Home performance ENERGY STAR program. They were fast, completed the project in one day and cleaned up after themselves. We put 1/3 down before the job and when finished we accidental paid the full amount. When we realized what happened we called and they refunded the first 1/3 immediately. Honest and reliable.
