When I called to request an estimate to repair my hardscape paver steps and landings, a date was scheduled within a few days and a very knowledgeable Project Manager came to my house to assess and discuss why my hardscape paver steps were failing and offered solutions to repair them. A written estimate was sent via email within a matter of days. I was quite surprised at the completeness and clarity of the estimate. The proposal was very concise, neatly typed and accompanied by a professional CAD drawing of the project and what was to be done. The work crew started work promptly every morning, worked hard, respected my property and cleaned the work site at the end of each day. "Abel and his crew did outstanding work, and during every step of the process Abel was attentive and knowledgeable. When we set up the estimate, Abel gave a window for the appointment, called when he was close by, and arrived towards the beginning of that window. I had drawn up a sketch with dimensions of what I wanted the patio to look like. He marked the outline of the patio for us so that we could get a sense of the scale, and after asking us a few questions he took more precise measurements. Before he left he gave us an estimate and answered our remaining questions. He sent us a formal proposal a few days later. We got estimates from a few other companies, but decided to go with Abel primarily because of the positive interactions we had with him. His price was also very competitive. As soon as we signed a contract, Abel got us on the schedule and started work within a few weeks. His team did a great job and were efficient with their work.
