"The installation of the door was done well; however, the work area was not adequately protected (no floor protection) and a crowbar was dropped on my new hardwood floor and put a gash in the floor. There was also a communication issue between the sales department and the installers on putting on new break metal around the outside of the door. Yes I would use them again but I would confirm everything with the installers before the start and I would make sure they prep the area to protect the property."

A few days before the job was to start, I had to re-schedule due to unrelated reasons. Jordan was able to reshuffle his schedule to be able to accommodate my new timeframe. His crew was always punctual, clean, and respectful of my house. They worked very efficiently and were able to complete the job in under a week.
