"American Home Tech replaced my roof and did an amazing job from start to finish including initial consultation (with no pressure) , coordination of insurance appraisal and accommodation of working with my budget. I was so surprised and very pleased to be able to get a new roof that was done promptly and exactly as scheduled. "Water was leaking thru the dining room bay window ceiling - Chase Prince addressed this issue - also performed preventative measures elsewhere on the roof, at no add'l cost! ..It just happened that a DOWNPOUR Lightening Storm occurred later, on that same evening & NOT A SINGLE DROP OF RAIN WATER APPEARED IN THE FOIL PANS which were still sitting on my dining room cabinet!!"

"Ed and his team at Maksim Roofing did a wonderful job for us. We have a flat roof that also serves as a deck above an enclosed room that had been added on to the original house. The roof/deck was deteriorating and unsafe. I contacted more than 20 contractors over a two year period, many of whom didn’t want to take on the job due to all the uncertainties, others who told me that the only option was to completely rebuild the entire addition, some who never responded to my inquiry at all. After leaving a message for Ed, I got a return call the same day, and he came to the house two days later. He proposed a solution that he described in detail and he also described his team’s experience with similar structures. I got a formal quote two days later. The project has been completed and we are very happy with the outcome. Every step of the process was conducted promptly, thoroughly, and professionally. We feel very fortunate to have found Maksim Roofing."

"Tim (owner) was great to work with—professional, responsive, and very kind throughout the entire process. Jeff, the handyman who handled our plumbing, electrical, and general contractor work, was also fantastic. He was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and did excellent work. We’re very happy with the service and will definitely use them again in the future. Pricing was fair and much lower than other quotes. Highly recommend!"

"I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY & I WILL NEVER REFER THEM TO CLEAN A GUTTER FOR ANYONE. IF YOU DO UTILIZE THEIR SERVICE(S), YOU NEED TO BE HOME WHILE THE SERVICES ARE BEING PERFORMED & YOU NEED TO BE READY & ABLE TO CHECK THE WORK THAT YOU PAID THEM TO PERFORM. YOUR BEST BET IS TO USE A DRONE TO TAKE PICTURES & VIDEO SO YOU DON?T HURT YOURSELDF WHILE INSPECTING THEIR WORK. The 1st time the workers came by to clean the gutters, they were @ our home for 30 minutes. The 2nd time they were there for 32 minutes. Each time the job wasn't completed per the contract. Let's see if they can complete the job on their 3rd visit. Pay the extra money & go with another company."
