"Joe was great to work with. He came out and gave us a detailed estimate that left no questions about what work would be done and the final price was right on the estimate. Joe's crew were polite and did outstanding work. All work was completed within the time frame we expected. We had one minor issue with the back door that Joe addressed as soon as we made him aware of it. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering siding  for their home.

"did an excellent job cleaning my gutters and sealing a few things that need sealed before winter gets here. He kept me informed his entire time at my house what he was doing and what he had found wrong while on the roof and gave me peace of mind knowing that my home was in good hands. thanks for your professionalism and for making sure everything was done prior to leaving. I highly recommend Topeka Gutter Guys for all of your gutter needs. I will be using them again next year again without a doubt"

"It was great. They well timely considering our roof was leaking. They were very professional. They conducted a very through roof inspect compare to the roofer before. That report help us with the insurance claim. The result was better. We're very happy with the company."

"This was a fantastic experience. I was called within 20 minutes of posting the job on HomeAdvisor and set up a first meeting for the next morning. Within an hour of the time he arrived, we had agreed on doing the work that morning and he was done and more importantly our roof no longer was leaking! He is coming back in a week to now take care of our gutters!"

"I could not recommend “Topeka Gutter Guys” any more highly. Their “Professionalism, workmanship, and Quality of Service” was Exceptional. The Best Compliment I could give them is the fact, I will use this company for additional service in the future. Highly recommend."

"The service turned out well. They actually ended up siding the entire home. They were very good at designing the color of the siding and had great recommendations since I had no idea what I was looking for. The computer technology was great as far as coming up with the design. I was very pleased with the outcome of the service. The technicians who did the siding were always on time. Scheduling was very easy, as well. Ab"

"Fast, efficient and economical. Small mobile home needed rooftop repair. Thomas fixed at initial visit. Would recommend for mobile home repairs."

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Perfect. As always.
I am a Realtor. I use Roger Dahlby's services often for radon measurement and mitigation. He is super-conscientious about the work done. His jobs often look better than others thanks to his extra thought and care in placement and design. His prices are competitive in our market. He is my go-to guy for radon issues.
