"I cannot recommend Ricky with Krenger Construction high enough for the outlandscaping work done. From start to finish, his professionalism, expertise, an attention to details exceeded all of our expectations. The water feature has become the centerpiece of our backyard. His knowledge of proper drainage, pump systems and stone placement is extensive. The deck work is phenomenal. We now have a beautiful deck that everyone enjoys. The compliments on our deck and yard are overwhelming! Ricky had excellent communication with us throughout the entire project. If you're looking for a landscaping company that has technical expertise and creative flair this is the one!"

"They were convenient. They have a good selection of materials and had what we wanted. They rely mostly on contractors coming in doing their own thing so they do not really have sales staff. They will answer your questions and direct you in the correct direction but they mostly deal with contractors. The quality of materials is great."

"Scott is terrific! He showed up on time, got right to work, and worked steadily for hours. He cleared a massive amount of weeds by hand and hauled them away for disposal. I have already arranged to have him come back to do more, including removing dead trees and weed-whacking. Great low rates for excellent work. Highly recommended."

"We had JC Masonry replace our fireplace. Cathi was great at responding promply. Joey was meticulous about his work, and did a great job! Working with them was like working with family. I wish I could attach pictures, because the end result was unbelieveable! I would definitely recommend them! In fact, I plan on using them again this summer to replace several retaining walls. Just good people!"

"One of the few so far that had the manners to call promptly to tell me he is booked until December. Only thing I don't understand is can a Pro hide their profile. Both parties waste time, me waiting for a call and them calling they can't tame people for months. I an giving a rating for promptly calling and taking the time to fo so."

"Big Mistake! They assured us that they would pull a permit (for which they charged us) but never did, they did demolition on a Monday, and did not pour until the following Monday, stating they had no access to concrete. When the bid was given, we were told it would be a two day process, demo and pour. Not at all the case. Also, had much difficulty in having them move two sprinkler heads for landscaping that we were to do. The technicians were too busy having a chat session with each other and therefore it took well over two hours for a job that they bid out at 1 hour. And then, didn't even complete the entire project.Made several calls, emails etc to the company expressing our concerns and wanting either a permit or reimbursement thereof and were never called back or given any type of assistance with our concerns."

"We had a leak in the master bathroom that went unattended for a while. Chad did a great job repairing the damage and installing new flooring in the master and guest baths plus the kitchen. Excellent attention to detail on the work! I highly recommended Chad."

"Daniel is the kind of contractor you want. He is straightforward, honest, and will do what he says he will do. He has had wide ranging experience from earth work, retaining walls, erosion control, and others that give him a breadth of knowledge to bring value to a project. I would recommend him."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Silver-plume, CO

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
