He also made payments to him contingent on completing certain stages of the project. He was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done for the remodel and what he might encounter once walls were taken down. He was able to adapt to unexpected things hidden by the walls (duct-work, electrical wiring, un-even floor, etc.) He was very thorough in his work and made sure to protect the rest of the house from the inevitable dust and debris that comes with a project like this. We were so pleased with him that we also hired him to remodel our master bathroom and guest bathroom. I would definitely recommend him. "
