The most recent project was landscaping in front of my mother-in-law’s home which turned out amazing. Prior to that they solved a problem we had with mowing a steep hillside. This past spring they completed a patio and garden project that we built a pavilion over that we use daily. It has transformed a useless part of our yard into a beautiful outdoor oasis. The crew is great and they work so hard to get things done and done right. The office staff always follows up in a very timely manner. The owners are the best and have wonderful ideas on how to improve our property. We have had a wonderful experience working with Xtra Care and are certainly planning to use them again. "Lily and her crew did an amazing job re-landscaping our backyard. The previous homeowners had an unsightly mix of bushes and shrubs, a brick wall that cut into the usable yard space, and stone/rock work that didn’t match the brick patio. Lily and her team removed everything, fixed the area where the patio had been damaged by a neighboring tree, laid a new brick path matching the existing patio, and plant new ground cover in the yard. Lily listened to exactly what we talked envisioned and made it happen!! Our yard looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier. The price was also very reasonable and the work was done promptly. "ATD did a wonderful job of completely redoing our front yard. The yard is shaded by trees, grass would not grow, and invasive plants had taken over. ATD first met with us to understand what we wanted, and provided a concise but complete proposal. They developed a landscape design which they discussed with us as it evolved. For the installation they first removed the existing plants, grass and weeds and applied an organic weed killer to kill the invasive plants. They installed the new landscaping a few weeks later, and completed it in one day. They applied soil and hardwood mulch, planted a variety of native plants, and installed stone pavers to provide a walkway from our driveway to the house. In addition they installed a dry creek and river rocks to control water runoff. Maintenance, included for next year, includes Spring and Fall cleanups and weeding every 4-6 weeks during the growth season. We are thrilled with the yard, and neighbors have already given complements. The price was good - we did get a quote from another landscaper, and it was significantly higher. We plan to have ATD work on our back yard next Spring."

"Only service done well was flower bed edging...I had to show the worker how to plant a shrub and I had to provide the supplemental soil, luckily, before he got the shrub in the ground. Unfortunately, crew does not clean up well and leaves unused soil. As far at the tree removal, that went ok until I noticed they were going to leave the stump, after I explicitly asked that it be removed, too. Job was then completed, but crew did not remove wood chips and pieces of stump, which I had to do before lawn could be cut. Language was a big problem and one could only be understood by the boss - very irritating. Very professional at the outset, but the quality of the work precludes any followup."

"I hired Baumann's Lawn and Landscape to fix my front lawn. The soil was mostly clay and sand and covered in weeds. They killed and removed all the vegetation, tilled the soil, brought in new topsoil, conditioned/fertilized, and then laid sod. The crew was fast, efficient, polite, and did an amazing job (hopefully this site allows me to upload photos after writing this). The work was done in 3 separate days and took less than 2 weeks from the initial phone call to the finished installation. The price is what you would expect for this level of work and that much sod (sod is not cheap). They're not over-priced but it's not Bob's discount landscaping either. You'll get your money's worth for your project. Baumann's will be my #1 choice for future landscape projects."
