"I have never met anyone like him, Super knowledgeable and so fair priced compared to all these big name companies that will sell you anything and everything you do not need. He showed up earlier than expected, had parts with him because I explained the issue before hand, asked questions when necessary and immediately goes to work. He is so congenial to talk with and a breath of fresh air for me. I was in the plumbing business in CA for 9 years and while speaking with Steve, I knew that he knew exactly what he was doing. That is so refreshing especially in Ocala. Fantastic job, fantastic man!"
