"I hired this company because when I spoke with them on the phone they said that they would also check out the dryer interior and vent hose. Other companies never mentioned that and I was very interested in making sure that the dryer was free of lint build up in addition to the duct and vent. The rep was friendly, clean, efficient and did a fine job. He mentioned that the hose was not fully sealed to the dryer and he fixed it. Yet, I have never found any lint build up in my laundry room. So, it didn't fully make sense to me. There was additional charge of $49.00 for that. At the same time, they waived the $49.00 service fee when I mentioned the higher price but it seems like they made up for it with the repair to the hose attachment that I'm not convinced we needed. The final cost seemed higher than what the other companies quoted. Our final cost was $440.00. Mixed feelings, honestly."

"The guy was very professional and really knew what he was doing and gave me a lot of infiormation that we never knew about since we've always lived in a single floor house where the dryer vent went right out the wall to the outside & ours is in the center of the house in finished basement but the vent runs a ways to get to the outside plus I didn't realize that the fan should be on when the dryer was on because our laundry room didn't have a fan. Our other house had a forced air heater w/air filter iinside but this house vent is in cathedral ceiling way up & he put on a new cover that we can get into to replace filters instead of in heater.A+"
