"Kyle's employee, Salvador, came to our home on time. Spent all day making repairs. Very pleasant and professional to work with. There were a couple of extra services that Salvador provided I wasn't expecting, but it was important to him to do the job correctly (fixed a leak in the sink that wasn't in the original estimate). I really appreciated that. 
I have never used a handyman service so I did not have experience  to compare prices too. We agreed on the price, and everything was completed as stated in his estimate.
Rated responsiveness as good, rather than excellent, only because responses to e-mail inquiries were not always returned within 24 hours. Only area with room for improvement. 
Kyle himself is very professtional, showed up on time for the original estimate, with a very pleasant and earnest demeanor. Quality of work appears to be excellent. I would highly recommend this company for handyman services.

"Alex & his team were absolutely top notch! They worked on my house for approx. 6 weeks replacing termite/water wrought damaged wood beams, posts, fascia boards, etc. Then they built us an amazing deck/balcony that has a total of 5 layers and will last for, at least, the next 30- 40 years! Finally, they painted all of our house’s exterior, along with fixing all the stucco problems we had. Each of his team members showed up every day, on time & worked the entire day! I really couldn’t be more impressed w/a contractor! Believe me, I’ve hired bad (terrible) contractors in the past and was forced to fire them and lose lots of $ in the process! "we hired Best Builders to replace the floor in our house. the floor that we purchased was from a vendor that work with the company.
when the floor arrived to the house, Zohar (the owner), sent his workers to start working.
they worked room by room and area by area. this helped us still live in the house.
after the work was completed, zohar sent us a complementary cleaning  crew. they came and cleaned eveything.
so we have no complains or any type of issue!

"We purchased an REO property that needs a number of repairs.  This project was to remove support plumbing for an outdoor soft water system.  The remnant copper risers were leaning, bent and in danger of breaking near a poorly installed compression fitting.  Our main water supply runs through this vulnerable stack.  Complicating factors:
- the rear sprinklers (PVC) and valve are Tee-ed off of this riser stack
- the copper piping required soldering (outside of my skill set!)
- the main water valve does not shut completely (next $300-$400 fix) which means they had to turn water off at the street
- one of the plugs to the former soft water system had blown out and I temporarily held in place with a hose clamp
- three daughters and one son at home drinking coffee w/o access to the toilets while work was being done
I purchased Action's 2-hours for $99 Big Deal from Angie's List.  John and another guy came out to Mission Viejo (about 35 miles from Long Beach.  To be fair, I offered they could come out when they had another job in OC, but they came out quickly and on time. Rush hour alone had to cost an hour!  Marie from the office advised in advance that parts and an $85 trip charge to get the parts would be additional.  Knowing my weird set up this was expected.
RESULT:  the work is beautiful.  There was a lot of copper soldering and re-configuring.   They should me everything they did before neatly burying it underground.  Looked like art - almost hated to bury it.  They cleaned everything up.  Time was probably a little longer than the 2-hours I'd paid for.  I was a little concerned I'd get charged for 4 hours since there were two guys.  But they only charged me $99 plus $85 trip charge plus $40 for parts.  This was a very good deal.
I'm very happy with their work and would definitely recommend them.
