Fernando was quick to answer the call and most importantly was available the same day. He estimated his arrival time and was early in a good way. He was friendly and assessed the situation by asking good questions and it didn't take long for him to figure out what was going on. He estimated the project and we felt it was a fair price. Everything is working and we're happy. We hired him again to inspect our other sprinklers and he addressed the faulty ones and installed updated digital WiFi timers. Mark Thacher , the owner, came immediately and provided a written scope of work and a written estimated cost for the project that very first visit.
