"We made a contract and gave advance for flat roof for my garage roof, then some one came who was told that the materials ordered from the company is of far lower quality to give any warranty. Then I start calling them and a women named Rose kept on saying that no one is available, my husband went to there office one day, they said they need extra money to do that, so we had increase the contract money. They came and changed the roof but there was still a puddle of water stagnant on the roof. My husband asked them to fix it but they did not and sneaked out, we kept on calling them, no one responded, one fine morning they sent a notice telling that if I do not pay the rest of the amount, they will go to court with legal notice. The owner Irvin Caceres visit my home and said there was no mention of level correction in the contract, so they will not do it. We talked with and made contract with Jeffrey Yearsley II, who gave us word to correct the slope, so that the water will be drained pr"

"I hired Superior to replace out existing shingled roof, from the very first call into the company to the completion of the job was nothing short of fantastic. The first initial consult with Justin was great, he handled our project with such great communication and keeping us informed and updated on the schedule. He came out the day before the install when the materials were delivered to make sure it was all onsite and ready for the guys the next day, he then came back the next morning to get the guys all set up and going on the project and also touch base with my wife and I. He also then came back at the end of the day to make sure everything had been completed and cleaned up. The cleanliness of the workers and their preparation of the site is unmatched, they tarped every area outside to minimize debris and went around and the end of the day and picked up any and all loose nails and debris that might not of made it into the dumpster. They also took the time to blow off all the surfaces when they were complete. They really value your home as if it was their own and that really shows in their work and project management. The new roof looks amazing and we are super happy with the whole process and their team. Highly recommend them for any project you are looking to have completed at your home."

"Their roofing crew stole my deer skull from the front of my house and it magically reappeared next to their van on the street after threatening to call the police. While stripping off the old roofing, they let the debris build up on my front bushes causing unrepairable damage. Unless you can speak Spanish you won't be able to communicate with their laborors and there is no boss working with them on site to help bridge the language barrier. They left scraps from their lunch around my front yard, avacado skins and shrimp tails and also cigarette butts, one of them smoked the whole time. The trim and gutters crews were fine but the cleanup after they were all done could have been better they left a decent amount of roofing nails and gutter screws even in plain sight in my driveway. Also had a couple of scheduling issues with material availability the attic insulation installers causing the project to be completed more than a week late. "

Coverall was not the cheapest but the less expensive did not seem to trust worthy. The quotes were less and don?t know how it?s possible given Coverall was in the ball park of some others. I had a great experience upfront during the sales process. Everything was explained upfront and made clear what work was to be preformed. The materials are quality as promised. The work took a few days but wow 100% satisfied and the workmanship is excellent. The supervisor follow up daily with me directly as well as the office support. I never felt abandoned or worried. Very respectful of me and my property. The use of the dumpster was a bonus! Got rid of a ton of stuff that needed to get trashed. I recommend 100% and I an HARD to please.
