"My husband and I are completely thrilled with our new deck.  Tom and Chessa Winter are a great team to work with on Trex deck installs. We first made contact with Winter Construction through their website on July 6th,  when we sent an inquiry for an estimate to replace our 10 year old Trex deck material with new Trex Select with screws as the fastener.  The existing frame and hand rail would stay the same and not require any changes.  Chessa Winter contacted us the same day by email regarding our request for an estimate.   On July 12th both Chessa and Tom came to our house to take a look at the deck and gather measurements to write a formal estimate.  The next morning we had an estimate for the screws, blade, drill bit, dump fee and labor through email.  We provided the Trex material.  Upon receiving the estimate Chessa gave us a few choices about when they could complete the work. We chose July 27th as a start date. Tom and his help arrived at 8AM as agreed.  They quickly got to work removing the screws from the old boards.  By Wednesday, July 29th they were finished installing the last new board.  We had one hiccup in the entire process and both Tom and Chessa were so helpful when we came up short on the Trex boards.  Tom was able to get more material locally and Chessa helped us get reimbursed through Trex. During the entire process everyone from Winter Construction was punctual, respectful, courteous and super neat.  Super neat meaning that everything was cleaned up at the end of each work day and old materials removed daily.  We are still enjoying our new deck as summer comes to close.  It is without hesitation that my husband and I recommend Winter Construction for a Trex deck install.
