"Replaced front and back hose bibs. the workers were professional, friendly, communication was easy and the owner was quick to respond. My recommendation is to review with the customer options even if the cost is higher. I would have possibly paid more to ensure the front bib had a cleaner, smoother finished look, if I was given the choice before the work began. The back bib had a cover that could be taken off which was different from the front bib."

He explained all the options available to us for our upgrade using the Onyx system. He answered all of our questions and we knew exactly what to expect during the shower transformation.
