"We had the ice melt system installed on our roof. The system was not sealed correctly and we ended up with a major roof leak. Lenny was very hard to get ahold of when the issue arose, let alone come up with a plan to fix it. We had a professional roofing come out and fix the issue by taking his 'system' down and sealing it. Lenny agreed to refund the cost of the materials but would never return a phone call."

"Scott is the best! He is incredibly responsive and responsible. He replied to my call on a Saturday and was able to come by the same day to look at the job. He made sure to get the heat tape installed before the next big storm hit even coming by on a Sunday to finish the electrical hook up and install the wifi connected controller box. He seems very knowledgeable and experienced. He was recommended to me by a friend who said the Scott was "the best contractor I have ever worked with!" I agree and cannot recommend him highly enough."

"The pre-project explanations and advising were super helpful and very responsive to our situation and information needs. The installation itself was timely and efficient. The aesthetic outcome is excellent, as advertised. The final walk-through with the project manager answered out last minute questions and clarification needs. In summary, the two most salient attributes of this project were: 1) the knowledge and responsiveness of the management staff, and 2) the timeliness and efficiency of the actual installation."
