"Ted McFadden of Sureshine did an excellent job on my countertop. I chipped the edge of the countertop and was certain it was not fixable. Ted completed the work Saturday. He arrived on time, brought the proper equipment, fixed the chip and repaired the grout behind the countertop. He also found a small crack in the corner of the granite and repaired that as well. The job was not inexpensive, however I paid a very high price for the countertop and it needed a real craftsman for the job. I would hire this company again for any stone or granite work. "I used Marble and Stonelife because of favorable Angie's List reviews and was not disappointed.  Chris Chai is really into stone. It shows in the pride he takes in his work.  Chris and his helper cleaned, polished and resealed our granite kitchen counters, replaced the caulking that was done incorrectly with grout.  He was able to remove most of the surface scratches but could not get all of them out due to our neglect on our part.  Granite was installed in 2003 and we've done absolutely nothing since then.  He also removed stains and scratches from a marble bathroom vanity that we've also neglected. <br /> We have a 1929 stone tile floor in one bathroom and he was able to clean it and seal it.  We also had him test worn tile in another bathroom.  Although he couldn't restore the damaged tile, he was able to demonstrate that it would be much cleaner once he works on it.  We intend to have him come back and do that work. <br /> His prices are very reasonable and he gives Angie's List members a discount. <br /> I highly recommend Chris.  As long as we have the counters and he stays in business, we intend to have him come back on an annual basis and polish and seal our counters. <br />"

"Our new natural stone quartz kitchen countertop looks amazing. With the unique Fusion pattern selected, David suggested that we go beyond the standard backsplash and carry it up to the wall to the bottom of the cabinets. It created a dramatic look and we are very pleased. After finishing the kitchen, we was decided that we use the remaining quartz to replace the countertops in two bathrooms. To complete off our kitchen and bathroom renovation, we purchased granite to redo our master bathroom. The work was done in a timely manner and we are very satisfied."
