Despite a few set backs due to another contractor on job as well as JB Masters having a few bumps in the road job was done in a timely and professional manner. Craig was the hidden jewel through out the entire job! What ever it was that needed to be done or touched up Craig rose to the occasion staying late and going out of his way to make sure job was done right!! Thank you Craig and Bob! "Excellent. I like supporting local and this company does not go door to door like storm chasers do. I had 5 storm chasing companies come to my door in the first 2 days following the storm. It was irritating at best. I found Celtic, performing research myself (as I prefer to do with services needed). They are very professional with the exact product and services that should be performed. At first I was nervous to use this company as the bid came in over $2,000 lower than the next highest offer. I was skeptical because of the low cost. The other 2 bids (Total of 4) came in @ over $2500 and $7,000 higher than Celtic Roofing. The latter was (Advanced Exteriors), all they would offer was a verbal on top of it and refused to write a bid for me even arguing with them that I wanted the same that they qould write to the insurance company, but they refuaed claiming it would cost them $100's to do so and it wasnt worth it if they weren't guaranteed the job. I am certainly not here to talk about them, but i highly recommend to stay away from Advanced Exteriors. They will con you and rip you off. Do your research on all contractors that you will use. I researched Celtic with little to find. But what I did find was nothing but positive reviews that I can now agree with. They have been around since 2004 (I think), and have ZERO BBB complaints. That is remarkable in the roofing industry. Typically, people recommend using the middle bid for fair and safe contract services. I too generally follow this philosophy, however that was and is not the case here. I got the lowest price with services that I expected and done correctly. However, before I could commit to using Celtic, I asked how their price could be so much lower than everyone else. The owner (Eian) met with me personally, at my residence, and explained that he and his crews work for only his company. There is no other entity in the middle. Just he and his crews. No subcontracting, which is what you get from door to door storm chasers. They hire subcontractors that cost them high $$ and they don't have to carry liability insurance on the subs as they are not direct employees. Loop hole? I think so. With that his overhead is significantly reduced as he has smaller groups of personnel to have to pay and doesn't have to pay premiums to subcontractors and has a small office personnel (like 3 total people, including himself). He carries insurance and runs his business profeaaionally and legally with no loops tangling the mess.vMost storm chasers have large personnel and subcontractors that significantly increase overhead and costs that get passed on to the consumer. Additionally, he stays busy and the more business he has also reduces his overhead and allows him to further reduce costs and thus he can pass that savings on to the customer while still making a profit. I know this from personal experience. I received a copy of the supply invoice when the materials were delivered and was able to educatedly estimate the gross profits. He absolutely made a profit and it was fair and reasonable considering he does have staff and overhead as all companies do. Thinking about those three higher bids, they were going to rip me off. I'm grateful to have found and worked with Celtic Roofing. I had 2 small issues with the install that I brought to Eian's attention and he immediately fixed the issue with no debate and did it right. Eian is incredibly reasonable, fair priced, with great service. Our reproof was started in less than 2 weeks and done in a day and a half. Large roof took longer than just a day. His staff was professional and very hard working. They cleaned up after themselves very thoroughly. I have absolutely NO complaints about this company and have recommended Celtic to friends and neighbors. I will absolutely use Celtic again for the next re-roof following the next hail storm that will undeniably come within the next 1-5 years."

FAQs for flat, foam, or single ply roofing installation and replacement projects in Simla, CO

Many roofing pros point to PVC as the top performer on flat roofs thanks to its tough seams and long-term waterproofing. A properly installed PVC membrane can last 30 years or more, resisting ponding water and harsh weather with ease. You will pay more up front than you would for EPDM, but the added durability often translates into fewer repairs and a lower cost per year of service.

Yes, a rubber roof is an environmentally friendly choice. Most rubber membranes contain recycled content and can reflect heat, which helps trim cooling bills in hot weather. Manufacturing has a lighter footprint than many traditional materials, and the long lifespan means fewer tear-offs headed to the landfill. If sustainability is a priority, ask your roofer about brands that carry third-party eco-certifications and confirm they meet local environmental standards.
