As jobs go, this one was very easy, but Justin (I think that was his name) made sure to FIX what was wrong, instead of telling me I had to have a more expensive service. We lucked out on this one, seeing as the house was built in 1984, it could very possibly have been needing a rewiring, or replacing the housing unit for the outside socket that was not working. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
