Since Cory has taken over, all he does is make the sell and send you the bill. When I have an issue, it will take him over a week to respond. In a recent project I hired IOE for was to replace my fence. The installers used too long of nails which came through on the neighbors side. My neighbor shared his concern for safety and when I contacted Cory, it took him 3 days to respond and longer than a week to resolve. I don't know if they have gotten too busy but when you spend money you expect them to respond especially when it is regarding safety.
