"Both times it went great, they were a pleasure to work with. The Installation of the fence was seamless, I was very impressed by all the equipment they had for the different terrains. They marked the boundaries with little white flags so the dogs have a visual until they are trained. The package comes complete with 3 training sessions for the dogs. You do an initial session on day one and they come back two more times, on the third visit they bring their dogs as distractions, its a great idea!! <br /> For the second visit they installed their Smart Door in our basement and ovided us with a second all weather door that we installed in our garage door. The smart door works with the invisible fence collars and locks and unlocks as the dogs approach. <br />"

Worked with Susan Cook on several different fencing options before we settled on the aluminum fencing. She was very patient and made several trips to the house to determine the most cost effective way to accomplish the project. The installation team completed the project in about 10 hours removing all the old wood fencing and excess dirt. It was a pleasure working with a truly professional team. "They arrived on time and went to work digging post holes for the PVC fencing so concrete would set up for the rest of the job. Cut and measured the fencing and began to install it. The two man crew ( Ebvin and Aroldo ) were the consumate pros. Careful and correct measuring to insure fit The chain link fencing was removed and new fencing installed without incident..nice and tight fit. The gates in the PVC fence waited until last.. perfect fit and balance no scraping on the ground. Clean up was thorough and complete. Entire job was finished by 4:00 pm We would hire them again, but for now our fencing .needs are complete. We will recommend them to our friends and neighbors"

"I have 2 dogs a 7 year old golden retriever and pit bull mix puppy. When my golden was a puppy I installed a pet fence myself so, i figured i would take the project on again. I purchased collars, boundary fence unit and wire but, found that i just did not have the time to complete the project myself. I called Friendly Pet Boundaries on Friday afternoon and had a Sunday appointment. Don was able to use all the parts I purchased and performed the installation on Monday! Don noted i have 2 cats and complained about the dog eating the cat food and installed a small location specific unit is the dogs will not eat the cat food anymore! Don and his son installed the fence in about an hour (a little over an acre) and showed me how to train the dogs. Don will be back out in a week to follow up and check on training. Everyone from Friendly Pet Boundaries from the initial phone call to installation were very professional. The fence is working great and I couldn't be happier!"

"We were interested in a cedar fence and it needed to match our neighbors in style. As it was summer they did have a lot of jobs lined up and we had a longer wait between signing our contract and in having our fence put in, but part of this was due to their willingness to work around our vacation schedule. I do not believe installation would have been any quicker with a larger firm. In fact some expressly said when they gave us their bid it would be a longer wait then we experiences with Fence Masters. I would highly recommend this firm!"

"I was not happy with the process. Long Fence responded very nicely when i first contacted them after finding them on Angies List. Some other fence companies I found on Angies List never responded. The salesman was nice but he tried to talk me out of a cross beam I wanted on my posts. At the end of our meeting, he said the workers would put the cross beam when they came, but he did not put it in the contract. The next day, I emailed him and told him that I wanted the cross beams in the contract and he responded to my email that he would send it in an updated contract the next day. I never heard from him again. Several weeks later, the utility company came to demarcate the utility lines for the fence posts, and the surveyor said it was from Long Fence and they only had 10 days. So, I knew they would come within 10 days. I emailed the salesman and Long Fence that I did not want anyone showing up at my house if I was not home because I was afraid they would not put the cross beam and I wanted to avoid later problems. No one responded to my email. Several days later the workers from Long Fence came to my house, no phone call, no advance warning, I just happened to be home. I think they would have put in the posts and left me an envelope with the remaining payment, which he had with him. Fortunately, when I told the workmen about the cross beam I wanted, they were very willing to supply it, so the salesman was correct. I was very impressed with the workmen and the work they did and I am happy with my fence posts. But, the communication with Long Fence was terrible. If I had not been home, I would have still been trying to get Long Fence to fix my fence. <br />"
