"Pro Lawn Plus came out several times to treat our yard before winter and once so far in the new year. Our yard is looking better than it did and promises to look far better once spring rolls in and new growth happens. They did a soil analysis and recommended treatment options based on that. We did have a previous lawn company that we stopped using as their treatments were less effective and despite extra visits the weeds were still present. Pro-Lawn Plus has done a great job and we are happy with their service. We really like the fact that they are locally owned and operated. When we called to discuss/set up service, they really listened to what we said as opposed to assuming what we were going to say then offered several options with no pressure to commit at that moment. They have also checked in with us requesting feedback to ensure we are happy with their service."

"We have a contract for, I guess they do like pre-emergent weed stuff, fertilizing and things like that for us. We?ve had that contract with them for 10 years. So, we are obviously satisfied customers. I just don?t pay a lot of attention. They come when they say they?re coming. We have gone into the office, which is not too far from where we live. Their customer service has always been very good. It?s a small office, but everybody there is very friendly. My husband has never had any concerns. When they say they are coming out to do something, they are here.  <br /> <br /> I would say they are probably very good with price too, because my husband would be looking for somebody else if they weren?t. Our lawn looks great! We are big fans, obviously! We have recommended them as well. We have an annual contract. They come out and they do weed prevention and fertilizing. If we needed other things, they do offer other services, which we have not needed to take advantage of. I believe they do insect control as well. Our services with them is strictly for the lawn."

A quick note about their integrity: they ran out of straw before they could cover the entire area where they planted grass seed (about a 4x6 void). Rather than just spreading the existing straw thin to cover the void, they came out the next day to finish the job thoroughly. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. "They come out once a week. They are fine. They are reasonable. I recommend them. They come out every Monday and mow the grass during the grass season like April through October. I have been using them for 2 year. Their prices are reasonable. I have got a very small lawn and they charge me $25 a week. But it is a very small lawn. I just can't do it myself anymore. They are fine. They are always on time. We don't have any conversations, they mow the lawn and leave."
