Mark helped us with defining the scope of work and suggested both solutions and materials. The price to complete the work was attractive. The work crews arrived at the location when promised and completed the work also as promised. The crews left a clean work site with no damage to other areas of the exterior. The work required a door installation, roof repair, siding installation and aluminum covering of gutter boards and soffits. Seperate crews were provided for each requirement. Excellent workmanship. I will use Chesapeake Roofing again, if, needed and would recommend their services to others."

"Joe our service person responded to our request and came out to inspect our roof early the next morning. He explaned what our current problems are and also what we can expect in the future. He did not try to sell us on a new roof. He only suggested the repairs to the areas where we are currently getting a leak and to other areas that are about to start leaking. Joe was able to do the necessary repairs as the work was not extensive. We would definetaly recommond Joe and Reliable Roofers"

"We first became aware of this company at a home expo. We were in need of additional insulation in our attic and were looking into a ridge vent being installed as well. During inspection, we realized we needed a roof too. We negotiated a fair price for all three requested jobs and work started about a month later. During the job, the workers mistakenly trashed our gutter helmets and some were damaged beyond repair. We discussed this with our project manager and they were ultimately replaced free of charge. During the insulation install, the workers dropped a hammer through our ceiling and left a hole. It was repaired very nicely within a couple of days and you can’t even tell it happened. The cleanup after was very thorough. I found 1 or 2 pieces of metal after, but that’s nothing compared to what I’ve seen other companies leave behind on jobs for my neighbors. Overall, my husband and I are very pleased with the work performed and the price paid. Aside from the somewhat pushy sales tactics on the front end, I’d highly recommend this company."

"My slate roof (from 1943) developed major leaks after a summer of intense rain. I had interviewed two or three other roofing companies before I saw Homelife's TV commercial, and on a whim I called the toll free number. I spoke to a nice lady who was able to schedule an in-home estimate for the very next day. That was impressive enough (all the other roofing companies had me wait a week or two just for an estimator), but when Holden Clark showed up on time the next day and explained the entire roof replacement process to me, methodically and thoroughly, I was even more impressed. What really sealed the deal was when Holden moved heaven and earth to keep the project on a fast track toward completion. Miguel's crew of five hard-working guys showed up on the appointed date and got to work right away. They were extremely efficient and courteous, they protected not just my property but those of my neighbors to my right and left, and after they left, my property was even cleaner than before they showed up. You would've never known anyone had done anything to my house except I had a brand new roof! I really couldn't have asked for better service, from Holden to the crew, from beginning to end, the entire process was professionalism at its best. It rained yesterday and I checked my attic - no leak in sight and everything was shipshape. "We hired Cox to repair/replace the both sides of the church's pitch roof at Our Lady of Hope Church in Dundalk. They took off the old roof, added plywood, new cloth and shingles. We are talking about a roof that is 1000's of square feet! The job was done within the allotted time. The clean-up was superb! The price was 17% below the closest bid price.
