He gave me a very reasonable quote on my first call and set up a convenient time for installation..He gave me a reminder call the day before and a few minutes before arriving his staff arrived. The electricians were very professional and put down protective measures to keep the area clean, They minimized the area that had to be cut in the wall to do the wiring for the 3 new Recessed Lights and Switches. "I hired David for an inspection and repair of a circuit faulted after a lightning strike nearby. He accommodated my request very promptly (same day after 6pm, so I did not have to take a day off for this!). He replaced a damaged GFCI outlet and tested the rest of the circuit, inspected the main electrical panel as requested. UPDATE - 2/4/2015 - They did come to my home and provided an estimate and plan for lighting our back yard and deck. 6 lights were included in our original purchased deal. Their proposal was for the original 6 lights plus another $1500 worth of lighting. I like their plan but we weren't prepared to spend the additional money at this time. They came out yesterday and installed just the initial 6 lights. They arrived on time and the work they did is wonderful. Our deck is beautifully lit now and I am very happy. While this relationship got off to a rocky start, they made it right and we will hire them again when we're ready to finish the back yard lighting. Also - the deal was supposed to be for the front of the house - but that wasn't clear when I bought the deal - so they allowed us to use our 6 lights on the deck. I'm sure they want the front so that they can show off their work - and that makes sense to me - as their work is worth showing off. I would now highly recommend this company."

"My recessed ceiling lights were flickering. There was also a sconce on the same electrical line. The company charges a one time rate to enter the house, then a fee for every 30 minutes. The electrician was in my house for 35 minutes. For ten of those minutes, he spent trying to find the light switch in his van. He charged me for that wasted time, putting the fee in the next pay bracket. Therefore, I paid $153 after the 10% Angie's List discount to replace a light switch."

"To help with drainage, Mark's crew installed an EZ Flow system on that side of the house, tied in the down spot and sump pump outlet into a yard drain, which they buried and ran out to a pop-up discharge away from the house, and re-graded the whole area around that side of the house to help keep the water draining away from the house. They then dress and seeded over the area they dug up. For the backyard, they roto-tilled the trouble area, remove 3 cement posts from a previous owner's pool, leveled the area with new soil, then dressed and seeded the area. Mark was very nice about everything. We had one miscommunication on something, but it was handled professionally and promptly taken care of. We'll definitely us Mark again for other projects."
