"Bill and his team did a variety of home repair and improvement projects on my 40+ year home Fall 2024. We a couple months. These included: repairs : replacement of wood sub flooring/framing in basement ceiling/upstairs, covering outside side door concrete steps on slate,and cresting a new sidewalk to lead up to it, cleaning front of house stonework and putting protectant on it, building new short frame and drywall in order to replace old closet doors, dry walling and painting interior room and more. What impressed me most were the professionalism and expertise of Bill and his team in every way. Quotes were detailed, and multiple options were provided when needed. "We contracted for 2 small projects. The first project, replacement of support beams for a pergola was completed. The second project was to replace posts that had rotten wood with new wood posts. They were on the second floor of a roof. Ian did not replace the wood but rather spackled and painted over. He verbally indicated they were replaced and completed as contracted. We paid him in full and not until a few days later did we realize he did not complete the job. We have tried calling and texting over 20 times, yet he ignores all communication. I will take responsibility for not inspecting before paying. But he should take responsibility for not completing the job and not responding."
