"During our first discussion, Russ provided deep insights into how he handles hardwood floor installation, things to consider in terms of vendors and how he separates himself from his competition. After our first discussion, I knew he was the right person to work with. He was very prompt in addressing my multiple questions prior to and during the project. Early on we spoke about timing, when it would be completed and he did not disappoint hitting the mark. Russ and his team were very professional, providing me daily updates of the status, what they would be handling the following day etc. The most important thing, the floor looks great. I will be recommending RJM Flooring to anyone that is in need of flooring installation."

"Very pleased with the service and outcome working with Floor Coverings International. Regular communication, flexible scheduling, fair prices, and quality product - Gary and his team checked all the boxes. We were somewhat limited in our options due to the sub floor, but Gary laid out what was possible and the pros/cons of each material. Install team was in and out in nearly half a day, and the floor looks GREAT. Will definitely contract again for future flooring projects."

"We were very happy with the work of Terry and Josh and we love our new kitchen floor! Highly recommend!"

"While they did nice work initially they never finished the floor. They are not responding now. Since I paid in full I guess they don?t care."

"We got vinyl flooring in our kitchen and the entrance to our basement. As well as carpeting done in the rest of the basement. Both installations work great and were done in a timely fashion. Our sales rep Michelle was fantastic and very helpful."

Flooring done right at an affordable cost

"Overall I was pleased with the job done. The carpeting install I was very pleased with. The only concern I had is that there were a couple of molding pieces that were not nailed down when they installed the flooring. I didn't notice until a couple of days after so I just nailed the pieces down myself. Not that big of a deal but I was a little confused how they could have left them not nailed down."
