They were very honest about the timing and how long it would take. Whenever I emailed, they responded immediately and appropriately with an update. They always came on time when they said they would. Worked in the December cold to do the installation. They are the best!"

My project was a very small project and i knew I would have to wait for a fence contractor to do my job since most of fence companies are busy installing new installations of fences. "I imagine this company was in their high season being that it was end of November when we purchased the $99 deal.  As such, they could only commit to show up on the date agreed, but not at a specific time.  This was concerning at first, since we had no experience with the provider and wanted to be present at the time the work was being performed.  Unfortunately, we were not able to be home when they arrived, but my neighbor was outside at the time, decorating for the holidays.  He tells me that the Pro Team worker approached him to tell him that we had hired them to work on our house and that they would be there for a while cleaning the gutters...
That. Was. Awesome.  VERY IMPRESSIVE.  He couldn't possibly know this, but we are very good friends with all of our neighbors, and our neighbor called us on the spot to tell us what was going on.  So, from my end, I was very satisfied that to know he was on site, even if we couldn't be there to monitor quality.    Probably would be good if they could empower the cleaning crew to contact the customer directly to provide a check-in and proof-of-life when they arrive.  They did leave a bill of sale/receipt in our mailbox.  
 In any event, my husband and I were VERY PLEASED with the service.  They actually exceeded our expectations by repairing a piece of downspout that had come apart just over our front porch.  They repaired it and re-seated the downspout onto a piece of brick just under the joint, to prevent future separation I'm assuming.  IN THIS RESPECT THEY EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS.  I would highly recommend them and in fact already HAVE to friends and neighbors.  They are now "favorited" on my Angies List dashboard for next season.
