This contractor is an unprofessional, dishonest, and utterly incompetent individual who left our bathroom remodel in ruins, cost us thousands, and displayed deeply unsettling behavior. We contracted FMP Builders for a bathroom renovation, entrusting Mikhail with the project. From the start, he was a nightmare. He took over $3,000 upfront, only to vanish after two brief visits. The first visit was solely to collect our money, and the second was marked by inappropriate, creepy comments directed at my wife, making her feel unsafe in our own home. His conduct was unprofessional and downright disturbing. The work he did manage to start was catastrophic. He demolished parts of the bathroom, leaving it in a state of disarray with exposed fixtures, damaged walls, and debris everywhere. The little work done was shoddy and dangerous, requiring extensive repairs. It cost us nearly $5,000 to fix the disaster, including $2,000 just to undo the damage he caused. This doesn’t even account for the emotional toll of dealing with his endless lies and excuses. Mikhail’s excuses were as absurd as they were insulting. He claimed multiple times to have contracted COVID, and, unbelievably, stated that his grandmother had died-more than once! These transparent fabrications were clearly meant to dodge accountability and prolong his scam. He showed zero commitment to completing the job and no remorse for the chaos he left behind. FMP Builders Inc and Mikhail Fomin are a menace to homeowners. He is a liar, a creep, and a fraud who takes money, destroys property, and disappears. Save yourself the financial loss, stress, and potential safety risks, avoid this contractor at all costs! If you’re considering hiring him, run the other way and hire a reputable professional instead."

"Edison from Land Brothers showed up on time, got right to work and immediately began cutting the screw heads. It took him no time at all to remove the screws and replace the bad deadbolt with a new one. He also seemed very trustworthy. He went above and beyond to work with my schedule to get in as quickly as possible to get the job done in time for a village inspection and closing on the sale of the home. I would definitely hire him again."

"I hired Hargrave Investment Property Solution, to professionally dig 5 post holes using 8ft large, heavy steel posts. He was very inquisitive and made sure he understood what i wanted done. I tell you that young man was very professional, charismatic, attentive, knowledgeable, patient, precise and detailed. My posts are straight, even, lined up and the foot of the post he installed looks uniformed too. The young man Phillip knows what he is doing and is great at it. He took his time to make sure the measurements were spot on and he finished digging and installing all 5 post holes well under 3 hours. I will most definitely hire him again for any future projects. Also I would refer him to all my family and friends because not only does he know what he is doing, he is honest and trustworthy too. It was a privilege to have met and hire him. "Contacted them to by phone on 7/16/21 at about 9:30 am was told the estimators were busy but was asked to send an email of photo's I had of the problem as well as my contact info and estimator would be in touch. I sent email and received a reply from Billing Mgr at 10:02 am. That is the last I heard from them. Ended up getting work done by another company that actually replied back to me (that same day). With all of the other glowing reviews of this company on Angles list, I'm surprised."
