Of all the firms we interviewed, Infinity Exteriors was the best at being the most thorough during the quoting process, going over all details without requiring that they first be awarded the job or be given any sign that they are a finalist. During the quoting process, Jake did an excellent job identifying, on his own, special roof and gutter design issues with our home, the kind of detail that the other firms did not notice. The quality of the workmanship is a lot more than a typical roof we were very happy to hear that we were going to have our chimney flashed in an appropriate way that diverted the water around it, along with a full ventilation system and following all of the proper codes for the job. Called several roofers over months; they were either unable to do the job, charged excessive rates or unresponsive. Second City responded, provided a competitive quote quickly and (after some scheduling issues due to weather) completed the job as planned.
