"I would like to highly recommend Carolina Stoneworks.  Recently, we remodeled our master bathroom in our 20 year old home.  I knew the type of granite that wanted and visited 3 other stone companies, but did not find any remnants that would work.  I had not even heard of Carolina Stoneworks until I talked to a reference I called when checking out my contractor.  The customer highly recommended them and boy am I glad that he did.   <br /> I stopped into the shop on Clingman Ave. late one weekday afternoon.  I met David and he spent an hour talking with me and showing me the remnants that he had available.  It just so happened that he was doing a kitchen job with the exact type of granite I was looking for and gave me an incredible price on the job that was about half of the quotes I had received at other businesses. The price included 2 sinks and installation.  He held the granite for me even though my remodeling job lasted twice as long as the contractor had stated.   <br /> David and his crew did an outstanding job with the fabrication and installation.  We are thrilled with the result.  The crew was extremely professional and David was responsive to my emails and phone calls for details and timeframes.  We were so happy that I had them to do the countertop in my second bathroom as well. <br /> I would highly recommend this company.  As painful as the remodel was to endure, working with David and his company was the best part of this entire remodel experience.  I will certainly use him in the future and have already recommended him to my friends. <br />"

"I have used Mountain Marble & Granite for 3 different remodeling projects at my house over the past 3 years, and I am very pleased with their work. In fact, for the last project, I decided to be a "smart consumer" and also checked with some of the competitors to get a price/product comparison. After going to 3 other competitors, Mountain Marble & Granite won out in every way: with customer service, quality of product and installation, responsiveness, and - yes - even price! We were pleased with every aspect of Mountain Marble & Granite and everyone we dealt with along the way: from Jeremy in sales, to Karl who came out to take measurements, Dwayne who did the scheduling, and Lewis, Kent and Max who did the installation. They were ALL professional, friendly, and took the time to do it right. "They were absolutely fantastic. They tore the old countertops out in one day. They had everything installed in literally the next day. They were great. We were just going to do our kitchen, but we had enough stone left over, so we did the bathroom as well. My wife had gone out and saw the stone on their lot. They guy came and measured and was real personable. He had a great personality. He had good detail and had good suggestions about the edge to put on the stone and those kinds of things. He was really helpful with that. He came out to do the measurements and the cutting and his team came out to do the installation. His operation seemed to be really well. They came and it fit perfectly. They worked with our schedule. They knew we were going to be gone for a day or two and they said they had our stuff ready to go. They were accommodating, as far as the time frame of when they would get to the installation. It was a good experience. Everything went smoothly during the installation. We priced a couple of places and they were in the mix. The guy who came out was what pushed them to the front of the list. They were here when they said they were going to be here, to do the measuring and everything else. It was not one of those deals where we called them and somebody didn't call us back for two days."

"This was my first time using Leo's Holland Floor Maintenance.  Eric and his crew are absolutely amazing.  They were able to restore the old marble entry in my parent's home and make it look like new.  In addition, they worked on rebuffing and cleaning all the wood floors and tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms.  I was pressed for time and they were willing to come out on a Sunday to do the work.  They are very professional and clean and their prices are very fair given the level of service you get. <br /> Thanks Eric.  We will be seeing you again! <br /> <br />"

"Excellent. He was referred to me by another trusted contractor. Showed up on time to discuss the project and design. He did preliminary measurements and made his recommendations. He referred us to a reputable granite supplier where we picked out our granite. He then completed his quote based on our granite selection and once we approved it, he arranged with the granite supplier to deliver our selected granite to his shop for fabrication. He made templates of the kitchen counters and backspashes and laid out the cuts in the granite slabs. He then invited us to review the lay out with him so we could see how the pieces would be cut for installation, taking advantage of the natural "flow" of the stone we selected. (The stone we selected was an "exotic" grade granite with a lot of "flow" and "movement" that needed to be carefully matched for the installation.) His fabrication and installation was perfect - exactly as he described. He, and a helper, showed up on time for the selected day of installation. Installation and cleanup were flawless. Would highly recommend."

"My sister-in-law recently bought a home in Etowah which she needed to update, especially the bathrooms. We hired Paco's Custom Tile & Stone to re-tile both bathroom floors and convert a tub to a walk-in shower with new tiled walls, shower floor, and curb. She specified Schluter's waterproof system with Quadec curb and wall edge metal trim. We're very pleased with the results. Very good balance between costs and aesthetics."

"Overall it went well.  They were actually the company hired through Lowes.  They did a great job installing the countertops.  There were some issues with the dishwasher attachment but in the end we figured it all out - but it took A LOT of phone calls/massages to get it all sorted out (well, and then it had to be re-glued ~6months later as well).  I would defintely use them again though. <br />"

"We used this contractor in the past for granite in our kitchen and knew we would use Stone Connections for future projects. John is a true craftsman. He is very detailed and the project must met his expectations. And I am thankful for that because the end result is just beautiful. Both the vanity and tub deck are from one piece of marble. therefore no seams. The way John laid out the template allowed the characteristics of the marble to stand out. The marble is a piece of art in itself and it just stand out. <br />"
