We bought our house a couple years ago with the knowledge that we’d need a new roof soon. Sure enough, this spring, rain started coming in through our bathroom ceiling. We put a bucket out, and started making phone calls. One of those was to Mighty Dog Roofing of Rhode Island. Within a couple hours, they were at our house, placing a temporary patch, and talking us through the work we’d need done. They sent up a drone to take pictures, and peeked into the attic. It was the beginning of a truly exceptional relationship. Here are three reasons we loved working with Mighty Dog: Patience! The guys never got tired of answering our endless questions, or explaining the intricacies of roofing materials in laymen’s terms. We were never made to feel rushed, or silly for wanting to know more. Education! You know what we didn’t know anything about? Roofs! You know what we know a ton about now? ROOFS! Jonathan and Andrew spent a lot of time talking with us about ventilation, snow dams, shingles, chimneys, gutters…I could go on. But they made sure we understood the project, and could make informed decisions about it. They love what they do, and it shows. Competence! They know their stuff. They were well-prepared. They shared realistic timelines. They used great materials. (Our Owen Corning shingles look so gooood!) At all times, they showed skill and enthusiasm for our roofing job. And one more big reason to love them?! Care! Big home repairs are a vulnerable moment, but Mighty Dog took the fear out of the process. They communicated generously. They showed up for the install with an amazing team. They spoke with neighbors on our crowded street to make sure that no one was inconvenienced by vehicles or errant nails. "Marshall's replaced 6 windows and installed a new slider door in our kitchen. Dave first came by to give us a quote, and once given it didn't change. There were no surprises except that everything was done as promised. That is rare now a days! The job was done in one day as promised, Doug and Dylan and crew (Nick and a couple more) stayed till the job was done, and done right. I can't say enough about the whole experience, they are professional, honest and it was like having family do the job! My only complaint is that they don't do more like additions, painting because we need to have that done as well :) Thank you for a stress free experience! This is not the first time Marshall's did a job for us, about 10 years ago they did our roof for us. I would recommend them 100% to do what you need to be done, you won't be disappointed. "I hired Long Roofing Products to replace my roof. From the beginning the sales man lied to me, telling me that they could take off my Gutter Helmets and put them back on correctly. This was lie #1. They have null and voided the warranty of my gutter helmets, because they were not supposed to touch them and according to Gutter Helmets all the roofers know this. lie #2 there were missing pieces on the ends of my gutter helmets to prevent the birds from getting into the gutters. The salesman told me they would order the piece from Gutter Helmets and replace it. This was never done. I have contacted them several times and they continue to tell me they will fix it and they never do. I would NEVER recommend them, I would only tell you NOT to use them. They talk a big game but never follow thru with their promise's."

James came down and explained everything thoroughly and gave me some options. After talking to a few other vendors, I knew I wanted to go with LCT. Their pricing was better than the other quotes and James was great to work with. Before the crew started any work I met the owner, Luis, and knew I had chosen the right company. He was just as great as James, very thorough and let me know what would be happening. In addition to needing the roof replaced we also had some damage to rafters and decking to replace. After the job was complete, Luis did a thorough inspection of the work and made sure I was happy with everything. The crew did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with the work. The office staff was also great to work with! I got to meet them when I went down to pay the invoice. A 5 star experience from start to finish. Thank you LCT!"

"We are very pleased with Ray's team work. They did a great job installing the cement board despite the very cold weather (jan-feb). The installation of the door leading to the backyard (garage to backyard) required a bit of tweaking which was done in order to have a good seal. Communication requests by the team to have Indoor access to the room where the bay window was installed could have been better."
