We were looking at metal roofing first and learned quickly that these folks know a lot about the options, potential issues and installation. Ultimately we went with CertainTeed asphalt shingles due to supply chain price increases for metal, a limited color selection, and because I tend to walk on my roof for a few reasons. On the 1st scheduled day the crew arrived on time and ready to work. They hung tarps and netting to collect all debris and protect shrubs , etc. They moved fast and efficiently with a big enough crew to clear old shingles and start installing new by mid-afternoon. At the end of the day they cleaned everything up, and I do mean everything. By end of day two they were done, once again cleaning everything before leaving. Foundation support: The sagging beams and jerry-rigged support columns in the dirt basement of our 18th century house were inadequate. They dug and poured a dozen footings and lally columns, supporting a line of new 6x6 and 9x9 beams that provide solid support to the house above. They showed up promptly every day, worked fast, and left the site clean and finished. Both Brad and Chad have a deep knowledge about old houses and the techniques that were used, and I felt my historic register property was in good hands."

HE made himself available at all times day or night weekends or holidays. everytime I called him he got right back to me within the hour usually within 5/10 minutes. He difinitely caters to his customers. Although he wasn't the lowest bidder for the contract I felt very comfortable dealing with him and was very satisfied with the job his company did. Even before he accepted the final payment he made sure I was totally satisfied with the finished product. He even went out of his way to tell me that if we encounted any problems in the future with the work his company performed that he would respond and rectify the problem.If you don't mind paying a little extra I am more then certain that anyone using Tom'scompany will be pleased with the work he performs.
