We paid to get a $75 roof inspection with the intentions that we'd get the sun room roof and then entire house roof done by this company. The gentleman who came to do the inspection acted like he just wanted to get it over with. He actually gave my husband looks as though he was an idiot for buying the house. Was told what was wrong with the rest of the roof and not just the sun room so there was new insight in our other inspection and I found this one to be useless.
