"When I first reached out for an upholstery cleaning company “Rodrigo” from Voda immediately contacted me. He was polite and helpful. They were running special at the time for a regular sofa and although I have a small sofa but I have a chaise lounge which would have been more money he extended the sale price to me. He was able to get me scheduled for that coming Tuesday at 9am. Precisely at 9 am Caleb Shafer arrived and cleaned our sofa. He was there for 3 hours and our sofa looks brand new. We have two dogs who get pretty dirty outside. They made our sofa THEIR sofa and it was so dirty we didn’t even sit in there anymore. Thanks to Voda we will reclaim our living room again. Lol. Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "I had hired the company to clean two light colored carpets and one set of steps.  As it turned out, one of the carpets was actually a wool rug, and Shawn explained that the hot wet-cleaning process he uses could potentially damage the wool rug.  He does wool rugs at his plant from April to October using a different process.
It was hugely helpful to me that Shawn explained the construction of my "berber" carpet and that once the fibers are tamped down, they remain tamped down. Despite the constructure of the carpet, Shawn did a great job in the cleaning.
After cleaning the carpet, instead of the third area, Shawn cleaned a large navy blue sofa.  Cleaning such a sofa costs $99 alone, but he did not charge anything extra.  He did a great job on the sofa even cleaning the four throw pillows sitting on the sofa.
I have lived in multiple homes over the years and have had my carpets and furniture cleaned frequently.  No one has been so thorough in explaining the process before or taking the time to clean so completely.  I really appreciated the time Shawn spent to clarify the material of the rug and realistic expectations of cleaning.

Just like some stains you may have on one of your shirts or dresses, in all cases, our technician will do everything in his power to clean your home. We guarantee our service only on spots and or stains that we remove during cleaning (one week guaranteed), providing that you honor our technicians' recommendations on what needs to be done on your carpets, e.g. if you need deep cleaning and our technicians recommend it and you don't want to do it and just want us to steam clean your carpets, we will be happy to steam clean your carpets, however we cannot guarantee anything.
