I had my deck repaired and painted, fascia replaced and painted on the side of the house, repair and cleaning of gutters, painting the trim on three windows, and they repaired, replaced trim and painted some decorative shutters. 10/10 work. "We had to wait a while for InTouch to begin our work.  We had originally not been on any particular schedule, but noticed that others jobs seemed to jump ahead of ours.  We were about to contact other companies when they actually scheduled our work.
InTouch was one of three companies we contacted for estimates.  Theirs was actually the highest, but they seemed to be the most thorough so we were not expecting any surprise additional costs.  Thankfully, there were no unexpected costs, but there were some delays and things that had to be redone.
I was a bit disappointed that the owner was not on site more than he was.  He seemed to come by from time to time, but overall there was simply a crew of his workers with limited English language skills.
They washed, primed, and painted the entire exterior of my house.  They did the majority of the work quickly, but then seemed to let the finishing touches lag behind.  The job took a bit longer than we expected because the crew seemed to have moved on to some other job.  They did a good job -- not a great job, but most likely better than other contractors we spoke with.
They also did some minor carpentry work and painted one room in my house.  This interior work was an "add on" after they began the other work.
Based on the other painting contractors I had contacted, I will *probably* use InTouch again.  Overall, I would rate them an A- or B+.
