"Our Molyneaux Design Consultant, Steve Porter (cell 412-860-1928), visited our home in early July using all Covid-19 safety protocols. He brought several “books” of carpet samples for us to review and we did so in the actual room where the carpet was to be installed. Steve was knowledgeable, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. We selected a carpet, it was ordered by Molyneaux, and it was installed along with new padding in August. Molyneaux’s installers were professional and efficient both in moving furniture and installing the padding and carpeting. They removed the old padding and carpeting completely and cleaned up any leftover debris. The entire experience with Molyneaux and Steve Porter was exceptional."

"Store was very helpful in purchase of carpet with plenty of information and answers to all of our questions. Took a little longer than first estimated to install but not that big of a deal. Installation was OK but not as good as I expected with some of the edges not cut as well or as close to the walls as I would expect. He said since the carpet was brand new it will take some time to "bloom" and it should look better. after that. Also in a couple of places on the carpet there are "lines" where the carpet sticks up just a bit from the rest of it. The carpet was glued down. When I questioned the owner (who was also the installer) about it he said it should recede in about a month. Sounds like a blow off to me but we'll see. He did cut an extra aluminum piece for me to install as a border in front of the door that leads in and out of the house. This was not part of the original deal and he did it at no charge. Was easy to deal with throughout the process. <br />"

"We visited the store in Wexford and selected from a surprisingly wide variety of styles and patterns. The people at the store were incredibly friendly and helpful. We selected a remnant and scheduled the installation appointment for the next week. The installers called ahead and showed up on time. They inspected the area to be carpeted with me, explained the process, and began work immediately. Work finished ahead of schedule and the area was cleaned up of any debris. I was very happy with the entire service and would use them again with no reservations. <br />"

"Mike and team refinished our hardwood floors in the living room and dining room. Work included sanding, staining, and coats of polyurethane. They also addressed the gap between the floorboards and floor that was left from removing the carpet. Work was completed over three different days and Mike and team came out exactly when scheduled. Floors look great! Would recommend."
