"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"Dave, Jason and Nick showed up promptly within the nicely short 2 hr arrival window. Their vehicles were tidy and in great condition. Each crew member shook hands and came prepared with the agreed upon proposal list ready to begin. The team was super friendly and courteous and well-organized as to which team member would do which type of work. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to complete the work (4 hrs) considering there were about 8 outlets to fix or install including an exterior outlet. They installed exterior light fixtures as well and corrected a number of not to code wiring issues in the panel box. They were very clear up front about potential drywall repairs I would need to make but this was to a minimum. The team cleaned up after themselves and neatly arranged the old fixtures for me to dispose of later. I am very happy with the work and the whole crew was top notch. Highly recommend and would use again."

They completed framing and drywall in one day, and came for a second half-day for finish work and painting. Everything looks as if it came with the house. Their workmanship and professionalism are outstanding. <br /> Everything that I routinely ask workers to do -- dropcloths, leaving space for the mail truck, securing cigarette butts -- they already had covered. When they were ready to use a nail gun, one worker came into the room and told us it would be noisy.
