"I received a text message from Mr. Drain Corp. within minutes of submitting my online request on Angi around 5:30am on a Sunday morning - very quick. Their dispatcher was friendly and professional and called me to schedule an estimate less than 3 hours later — around 8:20am — and had a service window of noon-4pm for a technician to visit and give us an estimate. We ended up using a different provider who was able to arrive by 8:40am that same Sunday morning, but I was impressed by the quick customer service provided by Mr. Drain Corp. and will keep them in mind for future plumbing needs! "

"Called on Wednesday before Thanksgiving because I had a toilet that was malfunctioning. Wanted them to come early on Friday. Levon and an apprentice came on time assessed the situation, picked up the part they needed and fixed the toilet. They also checked the water pressure coming into the house and before they left, they made sure that no water was flowing through the system. I was very impressed with the thoroughness and quality of work. I definitely would recommend them!!"
