This contractor can build decks, pour concrete, tile, remodel, new construction, and so much more. Joe laid and stamped a concrete walkway for us. During this construction, Joe found dry rot in 2 side areas next to his where his concrete would be poured- he repaired this at a minimal cost. <br /> <br /> In addition, Joe built an approximately 600 sqft beautiful redwood deck. Utilizing new fasteners technology, that hid how each fastener secured each board. And new staining technology that provided excellent results. <br /> <br /> Joe Lutz always does a wonderful job. He has a high level of quality, integrity, and genuine sincerity. He is extremely customer orientated and I would recommend him to everyone."

"Contacted for an estimate and the owner came out promptly. He explained what had to be done to repair the problem and also what 'unknowns' might turn up once everything was taken apart. We agreed on a date to do the job. The work was performed promptly, and professionally. Communication was very good. Everything was cleaned up before they left. "Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"
