The only reason I gave him 4 stars was because I feel his price was too high - about double what I would have expected. Granted, I agreed to the charge beforehand, but I was desperate and there were no other Pros that responded, so I really had no alternative. I would hire him again for other projects, but only at a more reasonable and affordable rate."
